What's The Bad?

Limited vegetarian options. FL4I does have options for vegetarians. However, we did read 1 complaint from a vegetarian who felt that there was not enough variety.

Not diabetic specific. The diet is not specifically designed for diabetics (1 or 2), but can be used by diabetics, so long as they continue to monitor their sugar levels. If you are diabetic and unsure, seek advice from your medical practitioner first.

About The Upgrade Option - "Beyond Calories"
Do You Need to Upgrade?

"Beyond Calories" is a more advanced program for those who are purchasing FL4I. This costs a little extra and promises faster weight loss through the eating of 6 meals per day (every 2 to 3 hours).

This special diet runs for 10 days at a time and can be a great alternative to FL4I. This is by no means essential, but would be handy if you had the spare cash.

It may be a good idea to switch between the two programs at any time. For example, when you want to lose weight faster, you can use the advanced program for 10 days or longer. When you want to slow things down or don't have time to prepare the meals, you can switch back to the basic program and still lose some weight.  

The Bottom Line - Does It Work?

Is Fat Loss 4 Idiots a scam? Definitely not.

You will see results if you are committed to the diet and follow the instructions. FL4I will not give you the physique of a body builder. You will need to incorporate a workout program if you are seeking muscle definition.
